WHAT HAPPENED?
It started with Fox's brilliant work to bring the ball up the pitch and around a handful of Brazil players, but the magic happened when the ball landed at the feet of Albert. The 20-year-old danced on the pitch like the ball was glued to her boots, beating three defenders to clear up space with some tidy footwork.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Albert was one of the top performers for the USA across the tournament, solidifying herself as one of the top up-and-coming midfielders in the pool for the USWNT. Crafting her trade at the club level with PSG in France, she has excelled for club and country, and now looks to be a lock for the Paris Olympic Games.
Fox, meanwhile, secured an offseason move to Arsenal in the WSL and has had a brilliant run of games for the Gunners. Her impressive W Gold Cup almost guarantees her role this Summer, as well.
